Customers can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition.
All original tags and packaging must accompany the returned product.
We reserve the right to reject returns if the items do not meet these criteria.
Shipping charges, as well as any customs, duties, or taxes on international orders, are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

We will provide a return shipping label for defective or incorrect items.
For non-defective or non-incorrect items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item.
